Parkinson's syndrome is a generic
term for a very complex disorder in the course of which a wide
range of problems can occur. For example, problems may occur with
the execution of daily activities, such as walking, speaking,
eating and getting dressed. Because of the wide range of problems
that may occur, often many different caregivers are involved in the
treatment of a single patient. Therefore, it is essential that both
caregivers have specific expertise and different treatments are
well attuned.
